Laporta surprises everyone and determines Xavi’s successor as the coach who will lead Barcelona in the coming period

There is no voice now being louder inside Barcelona except for Xavi, as the future of the Spanish coach, Xavi Hernandez, the coach of FC Barcelona, has become threatened after the team’s performance has declined significantly in the recent period.
FC Barcelona fell into a draw against Rayo Vallecano with a goal for each team, widening the gap with its rival Real Madrid to four full points.
Barcelona is in fourth place in the La Liga standings with 31 points, shared equally with Atletico Madrid, which is in third place.
According to the Spanish newspaper “Sport”, Emmanuel Aloucil is considered one of the candidates to coach the Catalan team after Xavi.
The newspaper also indicated that Emmanuel received the Best Coach award at the Marca Awards ceremony this week, and was warmly welcomed by Joan Laporta and Deco, the club’s sporting director, during the ceremony.
The newspaper reported that Laporta, president of the Catalan club, congratulated him and told him of his great admiration for the way Real Sociedad plays the football he loves.
It is worth noting that Emmanuel has a contract with Real Sociedad that will expire in June 2025.
Laporta wants to get rid of Xavi because he knows that the situation will not improve but will get worse, so the alternative is ready.
