After almost seven years as a Kapuso presenter, Willie Revillame will be departing the GMA network. Willie’s show ‘Wowowin’ will only be aired on GMA-7 until Friday.
According to the network’s announcement, this is because Willie’s contract with the network is only until February 15.
Yesterday, GMA 7 released an official statement about this. “Willie Revillame’s contract with GMA Network. Is set to end on the 15th of this month. His show Wowowin will air until Friday, February 11.
“We wish him good luck in his future endeavors,” GMA 7 said in its overall statement. Wowowin is co-produced by WBR Entertainment Productions, Inc. by Willie and GMA Network.
It was then speculated as to which network Kuya Wil will join following that. To keep his show going, which is extremely beneficial to its audience.
According to some reports, the veteran TV host will be moving to the channel owned by Manny Villar, whose frequency is from ABS-CBN. News that the test broadcast will begin on the Villar channel on February 14, Monday, and one of their expected flag carriers will be Willie.
